We have organized a parents' union as well. You can find and join our group on Facebook (Parents' Voice WV). Parents' Voice WV is a union of Kanawha County (KC) parents and legal guardians of school-aged children. They are a group of parents who want to be involved in decisions that affect their children's education, development and wellbeing, and are fighting to ensure that no decisions that affect their children are ever being made without consulting them first. Parents' Voice WV also believe that whenever possible, parents must have the freedom to choose, without persecution, what THEY believe to be best for their individual child.

I also created a page here, on my website, where Parents' Voice WV group can have discussions, make comments and post information. It's under the Groups tab.

I also created a page where I post surveys and petitions for parents to fill out. Important information about voting, school Board meetings, etc. is also posted there. The page is under Take Action tab. Please visit it regularly, and stay involved.

FYI: When you are doing research on medicine, history, political topics, etc. I encourage you to not use Google alone, as they've been known to sensor, filter and tailor search results. Another good search engine to use for such research is Duckduckgo.com. It is important to stay informed and to find accurate and unbiased information, when doing your research.

ABOUT ME
Fighting for the Parents' Voice to Be Heard
I am a mother of a young child, who is attending a school in Kanawha County. I am running for the Board of Education, because after years of fighting for my child's rights, fighting together with countless other parents to have our voices heard by our representatives, I realized that we do not have a voice, nor proper representation. Now I call upon every parent of Kanawha County, to raise up with me and to speak louder.
Get out and vote on May 10th, 2022.
